Founded on 31st December 2018, the Foundation is a registered charity under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, Hong Kong SAR, China. The Vision, Mission and Goal of the Foundation are:

• Vision – Promoting sustainability by balanced development of the eco-system, reducing waste and fumes, attaining food safety, conserving and preserving nature.

• Mission – Conducting environmental education by talks and visits; promoting eco-lifestyle through competitions; promoting environmental study by offering scholarships, promoting food safety through organic farming and safe food production, and supporting rural conservation.

• Goal – Attaining sustainability by achieving harmony between human beings and nature, and by balancing the eco-systems.

 

In October 2023, the Government granted the Foundation an exemption from using "Ltd" in its title.
