Surein Foundation's "Eco-Lifestyle" Competitions Kick Off Judging Process. Yuen Long Town Hall Hosts Scrutiny of 788 Entries Vying for Top Honors

(October 11, 2025) The Surein Foundation today commenced the judging for its 2025 "Eco-Lifestyle" Competitions at the Yuen Long Town Hall, marking the beginning of the final phase for this environmental event which received 788 entries. A panel of twelve industry authorities gathered to begin the rigorous selection process for the submitted works. On the day of the event, three student volunteers were present to assist, ensuring the smooth progress of the judging work.
The judging panel features a distinguished lineup, including:
(a) Photography Competition: Mr. Fung Sau Yu, Ms. Yau Tam Yuen Yee, Karen, Mr. Chan Yuen Wah, Alex, BBS, JP, Mr. Li Sing Pak, BBS, Dr. Sunny Lam, Ms. Mui Yuk Ling, Ms. Wong Bik See, Patricia, Ms. Chan Yee Man, Selina, and Mr. Dicky Law.
(b) Calligraphy Competition: Mr. Hui Wan Tim, Ms. Mui Yuk Ling, and Ms. Wong Bik See, Patricia.
(c) Q&A and Slogan Creation Competition: Mr. Kong Tze Wing, James, MH, JP, Mr. Leung King Fook, Jackson
Rigorous Judging Process, Results to be Announced End of October
The judging work, taking place at the Yuen Long Town Hall, involves committee members meticulously examining each entry, conducting comprehensive assessments based on criteria such as creativity, technique, and the effective communication of environmental concepts. The three student volunteers diligently assisted with the organization of the submissions, showcasing the younger generation's commitment to environmental issues. Surein Foundation stated that the judging process is rigorous and fair to ensure outstanding works can stand out.
